Buddhaful Baby Formulas (TM) were invented out of necessity as, like many other women, I was unable to fully breastfeed my children. With the birth of my first child my husband and I were unhappy with the supplemental formula options on the market and decided to start researching and creating a formula that was non-dairy, soy- free, optimally nutritious, easily digestible and organic. After the birth of our pre-mature, undiagnosed twins we were faced with a similar situation, only this time having to create a formula that would support their additional nutritional needs as well as be as gentle as possible on their immature digestive system. We found in our research that hemp is not only a naturally occurring and balanced source of GLA and ALA but, next to human milk, is the most easily digestible protein in both the animal and plant kingdoms!
